Subsequent Dates

1. No Responsibility for Subsequent Dates: SDS is not responsible for any incidents or experiences during subsequent dates or meetings that occur as a result of connections made at our events.

Use of Matching App

1. Mandatory App Use: Attendees must sign into the designated matching app at the venue.
2. Selection Deadline: Choices must be submitted by 8 am the following day.
3. Finality of Matches: Once submitted, matches cannot be altered or reissued.

Intellectual Property

All content associated with SDS, including website materials and promotional content, is our exclusive intellectual property.

User Content

By providing feedback or comments, you grant us a perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your submissions.

Limitation of Liability

SDS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
