Lover is a smallish, roped-off cocktail lounge with a kitchen. It`s on the Windsor end of Chapel Street and it does not open until late in the evening.
The cocktails are served by waitresses dressed in long skirts and white gloves. Ornate chandeliers hang from high ceilings and birdcages sit on the bar countertop. Crystal shards glint off gold-roped bollards that line one wall, while curtains of dizzying length stretch across another.
