The Tetto di Carolina menu is full of traditional Italian dishes with a few fun, modern twists. The scallop carpaccio comes with honey-fermented yuzu, coral-like squid-ink tapioca crisps and bitter dandelion. The drinks menu includes classic Italian cocktails as well as an extensive European wine list.
If you’re looking for something unique and tasty, the American Beauty is definitely worth trying – it’s a delicious mix of an Americano and a Spritz, made with Campari-like Select Aperitivo, Maidenii vermouth and strawberry-jasmine syrup.
