With stunning views of the city skyline, this premium room is perfect for social and corporate events. The espy balcony can accommodate up to 100 guests cocktail style, or 50 guests seated.
The espy balcony, Melbourne’s favourite and most historic pub, has been bought by Sand Hill Road (owners of the Waterside Hotel, Garden State and Prahran Hotel among others) in May 2017 and after a closure for renovations opened again, revamped and revitalised, in December 2018.
The retractable glass ceiling allows you to look up at the upper levels of the building, while large front-facing windows offer views of St Kilda and Port Phillip Bay.
