The Suburban is a rooftop bar & restaurant in Ringwood, Victoria. The venue offers a restaurant, public bar, rooftop bar and courtyard with private dining spaces positioned throughout the venue’s three story architecturally designed space. The restaurant and public bar offer a seasonal menu with two different bottomless brunch experiences.

The Yarra Valley is one of Victoria’s most renowned wine regions, and at Suburban Dining + Rooftop you can experience the best of it. The kitchen is headed up by Executive Chef Shane Delia (of Maha and Sake), who is focused on showcasing the region’s produce.

The menu features dishes like twice cooked pork belly with apple puree, crispy pig ears and smoked bacon jus; or pan-fried barramundi with spanner crab, kipfler potatoes, lemon butter sauce and caviar. Wash it all down with a glass of local wine from the likes of Yeringberg Estate, De Bortoli or Coldstream Hills.
